Can happen for various reasons:

Donor Unable/Void | Donor went into the clinic and for an 'excused' reason, the donor was unable to provide a sample for the test. Common issue would be a shy bladder or provided insufficient sample and attempted multiple times after to provide enough but unable to |
Refusal |
Donor went into the clinic and left for an "unexcused" reason. The clinic will do all in their power to advise the donor that leaving will result in the test being closed as Donor Refused. |
Rejected |
The Lab was unable to complete it's testing. Usually a foreign substance was detected and lab could not quantify what the substance was. |
Fatal Flaw |
An incident on behalf of the vendor. This can be caused by various reasons:

Withheld | This is a specific result associated with eScreen Breath Alcohol Tests. Every completed BAT will have the result of withheld because the result is ‘Quantitative Only’ and will never list Pass/Fail(Negative/Positive) |
