If you need assistance from a Verified First Specialist with your Salesforce app, please start by granting us License Management App (LMA) access to your Salesforce organization; this will assist in expediting your request. LMA access allows us to securely access your organization as a Salesforce Certified Partner. Verified First will not have access to perform any new installations, nor add any additional users to your Salesforce organization.
In Salesforce Classic View:
Start by clicking your name at the top-right of your Salesforce page and then click "My Settings."
Next, on the left side of the page, click the "Personal" tab and click "Grant Account Login Access."
Select the appropriate length of time a Verified First Support Agent should have access to your account, then click "Save."
In Lightning Experience View:
Click your user icon in the top right of your Salesforce webpage and select "Settings."
Click "Grant Account Login Access."
Select the appropriate length of time a Verified First Support Agent should have access, and click "Save."
