Why aren’t results automatically posted to the Verified First portal?
For Quest products, results are automatically posted to the file when the lab has completed it's testing, the order is expired, or the Medical Review Officer (MRO) has completed the verification process. For eScreen products, Verified First is currently in a Phase 1 integration where our team searches for results to upload to the applicant file.
