Yes, Verified First can set an expiration as far out as 31 days from the time of the order.

How do I check the current status of my applicant's drug screen?
For current status, log into the Verified First Portal or Extension and click 'View Report' and find the drug screen section.
For eScreen, view "Specimen Status" section
For Quest and LabCorp, view 'Pending Notes' section. In addition, any File Owner and Subscriber(s) who have the correct permissions will receive an email when an update is provided.
How do I know if the applicant has gone in for drug testing yet?
Click on View Report on the file within the Verified First Portal or Extension. If need be, contact Verified First Client Services for a status update on any pending drug screens.
How long does a drug screen order last before expiring?
If the order is placed manually, the orderer will choose the expiration time when creating the order. For applicant email invites, expiration will be based on current settings which can be modified by reaching out Verified First Client Services.
Can drug screens expire over the weekend?
Yes, this is because some clinics are open on the weekends. However, business day expirations can be toggled off/on to exclude weekends (to avoid weekend expirations) if preferred.
Why does my drug screening status for my applicant show as 'pending'?
The file will remain in a 'pending' status until final results are available.
How do I change the Quest drug screening collection site for my applicants?
For Quest, click here and to view clinics in a given area. If there is a clinic, please contact Verified First Client Services to change clinic location.
For eScreen, please contact Verified First Client Services to change clinic location
What happens if there are no clinics in the zip code requested?
Contact Verified First Client Services for any possible alternative options.
Will I be billed for expired/cancelled drug screens?
No, clients are only billed when the applicant completes the drug screen.
What do Occupational Health Results look like in the portal? (Physicals, TB Tests, X-Rays)
The Final Disposition is available by selecting View Report.
For more detailed information, the full report is attached securely in the MRO Result Detail section as an attachment. Only users with select permissions can view these reports
