Limit Drop-Down for Provinces in Canadian MVR: This enhancement allows the drop-down for MVR provinces to default only to Canadian provinces so users don’t have to scroll through all US states as well.

Package Names: Unable to see long package names: This enhancement provides users the ability to hover over the package name field, on the order screen, and view package names that are too long to fit in the user interface.

Ability to add Client Internal Notes on a File: As requested by multiple users, this provides users with the ability to add internal notes to your files! Be advised that these notes are simply for you to add information to the file, nothing is transmitted to our vendors, and Verified First employees will not take any actions from these notes. Please also be aware that in the event that an applicant were to request their file details from Verified First, these notes will be provided to the applicant, so be cautious of what you save into this field!

Update State Jurisdiction Tables for Applicant Address, Business Address, etc.: This enhancement adds all military address zip codes to the portal so that an applicant or user entering any of these zip codes will not encounter address errors when submitting their file.

Add Product-Based Limit for Employment Verifications: As requested by our users, this adds the ability for Verified First Admins to toggle on "Minimum Number of Years" to an account's employment verifications! Contact Client Services if you would like to have this enabled for your account's employment verifications at no extra cost.

Prevent Selection of United States in International Addresses in the Portal/Extension: This enhancement prevents users and applicants from selecting "United States" as a country when being entered into an International portion of the portal or extension.

Ability to Bulk Download a Higher Number of Files: Another request from multiple users, this enhancement allows users to bulk download pdf reports for up to 500 of their files rather than the 50 files by which they were previously restricted!
