Update Email Template for State of Residence Unavailable: When a state search is ordered and the “State Search of Residence” option is selected, the system will typically use the state the applicant enters in the invite process to submit the order. If, however, the state entered by the applicant is not a state that offers a state search, the search will be removed from the file and new verbiage will be added to the email notifications sent to the HR user letting them know the state search could not be ordered on the file.
