User Experience:
- When logging into the Verified First Portal or the Extension, you will be required to enter a code to access the application.
- You will initially receive your token code via email.
- If you have your cellphone number associated with your user account, you can request this to be sent via SMS by asking the Verified First's Client Services team

- The token code is valid for 5 minutes after being sent.
- If you request another code within 5 minutes, the older code is the one you will want to use.
- After receiving the token code, you will plug that into the application and you will then be logged in
- On the login page, if you select 'Keep me logged in', your token will be valid for 90 days and you won't be required to enter another code.
- This token can expire early though if you select 'logout' or if you use both the extension and the Verified First Portal, it will also expire the token and the 90 days does not apply.
- If you would like to make the code valid for less than 90 days, please contact Verified First client services and we can shorten this.
