Our Verifications Team contacts your candidate's prior employers via phone, email or fax. They will make six attempts to reach each employer before closing the file. If additional information comes forward within 30 days of the order date, the team will reopen the file and they will add that information at no additional cost.
If prior employers use a third-party company for the purpose of reporting employment history, additional access fees may apply.
