If you have not yet installed the Verified First Chrome Extension, please find instructions to do so here.
After installing the Verified First Browser Extension, you'll need to enable the Extension in your Chrome browser in order to grant the Verified First browser integration access to be able to function in your web browser.
As with all browser integrations, the permissions being requested by the Verified First background screening integration need to be allowed by you, then end user, before the integration can function.
After installing the Chrome Extension, please follow the below steps if you choose to enable the web browser integration:
1. With your ATS open on Google Chrome, click on the Verified First extension icon in the upper right corner of your browser window to access the Verified First Extension
2. A pop-up window will then appear, asking you to “Allow” additional permissions for this extension. Click “Allow”
3. Click the Refresh icon in the lower part of the Verified First extension window
4. You should now see the Verified First button re-appear within your ATS.
Troubleshooting: Please contact the Verified First Client Services team if your button is not appearing in your ATS/HRS after following these steps.
