New Features and Enhancements for Clients

Manage Adverse Action Reasons: Verified First offers 2 reasons for initiating Adverse Action. If there is a need for any client to limit the reasons to just 1, you can now do so.
- We have not yet offered the job to the individual and
- We have already offered the job and are withdrawing the job offer.
Additional eScreen Drug Screen email alerts: Available at your user permission levels, you can now elect to be notified when an eScreen Drug Screen is collected and/or received at the lab for testing
eScreen Orders Reporting Enhancements: Add'l columns added to your eScreen orders reporting
- Specimen ID
- Turn Around Time reporting. Calculates time it took for applicant to go to clinic, time it took to be received at lab, time at lab, and if applicable, time spent at MRO
Convert 'Regions' to proper county: On the SSN Trace, certain states will report a region in lieu of a county. Automation added to convert the region to the corresponding county for faster processing times.
