Nationwide Eviction Database

What is it?

The Nationwide Eviction Database product searches for any rental evictions for your applicant.

Also includes, 

• Writ of possession orders
• Other financial judgments

How does it work?

Possible hits are pulled from a database search, and the Verified First team will sort through them and determine if any of them belong to the applicant. In the event that a possible hit is found, the processor will add the appropriate civil county search to the report. The eviction will be verified and reported, if applicable, in the county civil search.

Who needs this search?

Organizations that want to prevent renting to tenants who have a history of evictions.

Why run this search?

Past rental experience can be a good predictor of future rental behavior.
