What is it?
The Tenant Credit Report reports on applicant’s credit history including the following:
- FICO score from Transunion
- Identifying information
- Any public records
- Outstanding debt
- Payment history
- Loans or mortgages
- Late payments
- Defaults
- Credit inquiries
How does it work?
The reports are provided through TransUnion, and are considered hard inquiries to the applicant's credit. It does include a FICO score, an indication of degree of risk used by financial institutions.

Organizations with prospective tenants that want insight into the applicants FICO score, payment history, and identifying information.
