International Reference Verifications

An International Reference Verification verifies a candidate’s personal or professional references internationally. We interview the candidate's references about the length and nature of their relationship with the candidate, and include questions that pertain to the candidate's character. Questions can be customized.

Our Verifications Team uses phone and email (if provided) when contacting references. We make six attempts to reach each reference before closing a file. Prior to any attempt being made though, we will need a signed international authorization form. 

What may improve Verified First's efficiency in completing these references checks are:

1. Providing up to date and accurate contact information(Email, phone, etc)
2. Encouraging your applicants to notify the references they've listed that we may be in contact with them soon.
