In an effort to provide our clients with the best security practices, Verified First enforces a password lockout policy. If a user enters the wrong password for their account a certain number of times in a given time period, they will be locked out of their account for a predetermined amount of time.
If users want to avoid being locked out of their account, or if they're currently locked out of their account, resetting their password will allow them to re-access their account.
