Convictions only: Only will monitor for items such as speeding tickets, DUIs, etc. Won’t monitor change in license status
Suspension only: Only will monitor for items such as license status change. Won’t monitor for convictions unless it changes the license status
Annual MVR Required: An MVR will be ran automatically once a year, with or without a violation or activity to report. Live monitoring is still in effect
Frequency: The frequency refers to how often the state sends Embark notifications or monitors. Some states only provide updates on a monthly basis while others provide updates daily basis.
