Utah Organization Identification Number Setup

If your company intends to run Motor Vehicle Reports for any licenses issued by the State of Utah, we will need your company's Organization Identification Number. If you do not have this number, follow the instructions below to setup your account. 

Please note: We will need this number prior to running any Motor Vehicle Reports for the State of Utah

1. Register for Utah Account and Accept Terms
   1. Complete the Credentials and Your Info sections
   2. Click on the Create My Account button
   3. The Confirm Email Address page will open
   4. When the activation email is received, click the Here link to activate
      
      
2. Log in at Welcome | Driver History Record Search
   1. Click on the Get Started button
   2. Enter your company’s FEIN number and click Continue
   3. Complete the Required Information section. Select the appropriate Business Type from the drop-down menu. Click Continue.
   4. Agree to terms for both the Citation Monitoring and Point-to-Point. Your Organization ID is under your company name. Click Continue.
   5. Log out
      
      
3. Wait for approval from the state. You may log back into your Utah.gov Account to check the status of your application
   1. Once approved by the state, you will receive an approval email.
   2. NOTE: You will be required to renew terms yearly; Utah’s system will alert you when renewal is due.
      
      
4. Login again to enter Organization IDs with the State of Utah
   1. Enter Datalink/Compass’s Organization ID# 1PM40PIKTS as vendor and
   2. Verified First’s Organization ID# ZENLZMXXVD as sub-vendor to create Utah MVR order relationships
      
      
5. All done! Contact Verified First once this process is completed via phone or email.
