Purpose of the site:
Verified First partners with Embark to deliver MVR with Monitoring services. Through the Verified First Portal, users will be able to initiate a Motor Vehicle Report and elect to enable an individual into the Monitoring Pool. In order to manage that driver's status within the pool as well as take advantage of the other features Embark offers, you will be given access to Embark's platform.

Upon logging in, there are 3 menu options. Dashboard, Employees and Help
Dashboard
Provides access to stats of your Driver and Monitoring Pool, summary reports, License and Medical Certificate Expiration data, drivers scorecard and more.
Employees
Provides access to manage your Driver's Employment and Monitoring status. Additionally, you access a driver's profile to be able to do the following actions:
- Control your employees status in the Monitoring Pool(Disable) and their employment status
- Update Driver's information
- Address, license info, contact information
- View driver's activity history
- File Manager
- Built in Driver Qualification File system
- Here you are able to set up reminders to notify you of medical certificates and license expiration notifications
- Document Management for insurance documents, release forms, etc
- Built in Driver Qualification File system
- Training
- Assign a large variety of different trainings to your employees. Ranges from Heavy duty best driving practice(After Dark Driving, Accident Prevention) to general safety tips(Winter driving, Seat Belt Safety tips)
Help
Provides more in depth descriptions to all of Embark's features(Interpret scorecards, configure email alerts, add employees to Embark system, Introduction guide, etc.) You can also view Embark's newsletters and announcements.
Lastly, if/when you need to submit tickets to Embark's support team, you will scroll to the bottom of the Help page and select 'Open a Ticket'. Via the ticket you can add/edit users or ask the Embark support team any clarifying question about their process/systems.
User/Account Settings
In the top right hand corner of the site, select your initials and you will be presented your account settings. Here you can add up to 10 users to your Embark account. If more than 10 is needed, a ticket can be submitted to Embark to add more users but after 10 there is a fee of $20 per user per month.
Setting up reminders. Under the info/settings tab, you can configure alerts/reminders for yourself. This includes how soon and frequent you want to receive notifications of license expiration or if you want to turn off/on other alerts.
