New Features and Enhancements for Clients

• Added instruction to Batch Order Process: If selected jurisdiction based product, notably state criminal searches, is selected but identified jurisdiction is not supported, message will populate to educate as such
  • i.e. California is selected to run a State Criminal search. The following instruction will be provided

"Selected product(s) cannot be ordered for specified state(s) of residence. Please select either a different state or product for the following applicant(s):

• mess, Han (California)

• Messer, Hank (California)

Please note, the specified applicant(s) have been un-checked for this batch order."

• Hide Products from being promoted: Verified First will promote other products in our portal that your account may not yet have enabled. We can now hide promoted products if you have a need to do so. 

New Features and Enhancements for Verified First

• Disallow Users on Parent Accounts to place orders on suspended child accounts: Verified First allows our clients to setup a Parent, Child, Grand Child hierarchy for accounts in our application. Users on Parent Accounts were able to place order on suspended child accounts. This will no longer be allowed.
• Remove logic around "Additional Forms": Tech debt. Removed old code that is no longer needed to support our Additional Forms
