New Features and Enhancements for Clients
- Add ‘Restriction Description’ to Embark MVR Report: If driver has any sort of restriction on their license, our report will now state what that restriction is.
- Hide DL# field for applicants: Account toggle created to hide the Applicant’s Driver License field.
- Bullhorn Credentialing Integration Enhancement: Verified First can now send real time statuses/results for each product ordered from Bullhorn and have those be shown in Bullhorn application.
- Exclude weekends when calculating expiration date of Applicant Invite: By default, your applicant’s questionnaire to provide needed info and sign disclosures and authorizations will include weekends. You can now choose to exclude weekends. Users with Manage Account Settings can enable this option on Account Settings.
- Copy Users on applicant emails: Users with Manage Account settings can now configure specific users or user types(File Owner, Orderer and/or subscribers) to be CC’d or BCC’d on most applicant emails.
- Convert eScreen Turnaround Time (TAT) from hours to days: New account setting where you can choose to switch eScreen products TAT from hours to actual days. Users with Manage Account Settings can enable this option on Account Settings.
- Increasing search radius on DS/OHS Orders: The default search radius to find clinics in a given area was increased from 25 to 50 miles.
New Features and Enhancements for Verified First
- Apply products and Pricing to Children Account: Using the Parent Account, Verified First Super Admins can now mass enable, disable and/or edit products to any/all sub-accounts.
- Detect County if not provided by ATS: To support clients with custom ATS Integrations where we are not being sent the ‘county of residence’, we will use the other parts of the address provided to detect county automatically.
- Apply ‘Historical Orders Reporting’ and ‘Rescreen’ function for some products that didn't support it
