New Features and Enhancements for Clients
- Apply ‘The Work Number’ Account Setting to API Orders: Verified First allows our Users to pre-approve or deny the TWN Fee on Employment Verifications. This logic is now being extended to our clients who place orders from at ATS Integration
- Remove ‘Last 4 of SSN/User ID’ from Applicant Invite page: This field used to be used to do 2 functions, but both have since changed to other processes. We are removing this field to reduce confusion for applicants submitting their information for their BG Check.
- Dynamic File Owner ATS Enhancement: Verified First will no longer allow any/all email domains to come over as a File Owner/Orderer if order came from an ATS Integration. Domains will need to be provided to Verified First that will be allowed to come from an ATS. If order comes in with a domain that’s not allowed, the order will go to the Default User
- Search for Applicants via their Phone Number: New search option to find Files/Applicant’s in Verified First. If a phone number was provided for the order, you can now search and find the applicant by this value.

Enhancements made to our ‘State Upgrade’ Feature:
- Historically Verified First’s State Upgrade feature would only convert a County to a State search on Direct Orders. These will now work on Applicant Invite orders
- Choose on a state by state basis if you would like the upgrade to automatically take place or if you would like to be notified prior to it being upgraded
New Features and Enhancements for Verified First
- Enhancements to our Testing Environment: Ability to support iFrame integration with our Partner integrations
- Tech Debt. Removing old XML code from our Products: With enhancements made to the Verified First application, we are removing old logic in our products to make way for exciting new enhancements.
