New Features and Enhancements for Clients
- Enhance ‘Recommended to be ordered with’: VerifiedFirst will recommend some of our products to be ordered with our other products. While on your order menu, if you select one of these products, you will see the ‘recommended’ product(s) to be ordered with. If you do not have that product enabled, we will notate this and state to contact our CS Team if you would like to have it enabled.
- Enforce “Minimum/Maximum’ years of Employment on DOT Employment Verifications: Admins can configure a minimum or maximum years of employment and/or number of employers. If not met, will force applicant to provide reasoning
- ‘Welcome User’ message moved in portal: The “Welcome [Username] has been moved to the upper left side of portal to allow for additional buttons to be placed in the upper right.
- Do not reset Adverse Action Clock: If a file was moved into ‘PreAdverse Action’, but then moved to a different status, the waiting period time frame needed to initiate Adverse Action will not reset.
- User Permissions for viewing reports: In order for users to have the ‘Allow Review Process” permission, they will also have to have the View Reports permission.
- Migrate ‘Default File Owner’ for MVR Monitoring: When deleting or suspending a user that is assigned the default file owner for MVR Monitoring, prompt the user making the change to assign a new default file owner.
