Verified First can now send your applicants our standard Disclosures, Authorizations and other forms in Spanish via our Email Invite process.
How do I process orders in Spanish?
Please contact Verified First’s client services team. This setting requires one of our agents to enable the ability to order in Spanish. Once enabled, any user on your account with the permission to place orders will have the option to send the invite in English or Spanish.
Please note:
- You and the other Users on your account can send orders in Spanish, but within your Verified First Portal, everything will remain in English
- The only exception to this is if you use our built in Pre-Adverse and Adverse Action process
- If the order is completed in Spanish, these forms will be presented to you and your users in Spanish
- Please see Article about the PreAdverse and Adverse Action process for add'l information
- In order for Spanish forms to be presented to your applicant, you will need to place an Email Invite order and not a direct order.
- Any orders processed in Spanish, all emails from your applicant's view will be in Spanish, including any follow up emails, summary of rights, etc. Any emails that are sent to you and your users will be in English.
What is my applicant's experience for Spanish Orders?
-

-
-
- Within the Applicant Questionnaire email, your applicant can switch the order to English if that is their preferred language.
-
- Once applicant selects the button to begin invite, invite will be locked into that language
-
All pages, buttons, instructions and fields will be in Spanish
-
The applicant experience is identical to our english invite as far as navigating from page to page, signing documents, etc
