The fields requiring completion to place an order will vary depending on the order method (Direct Order or Applicant Invite) and the products selected as part of your package.
The Applicant Invite option typically requires the following candidate information:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
The Direct Order option typically requires the following candidate information:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
- Social Security Number
Depending on the products you order, we may also need your candidate's address(es), employment history, and other personal information to facilitate the requested screen. If you don't have this information, or are unsure of the accuracy of what you’ve provided, we recommend using Applicant Invite so your candidate can complete these fields.
All orders require that you provide the state your candidate will work in so Verified First can help you stay compliant with that specific state's background screening regulations.
