Logging in to the Portal

For the safety and security of your portal account information, logged in sessions in the Verified First portal have a time limit of 8 hours.

In order to avoid being logged out of the portal more frequently after a period of inactivity, you can select the Keep me logged in checkbox before you click the Login button which will keep you logged in for 30 days.

Note: These timeframes are not applicable for the extension or if you clear your cache and cookies.
