New Features and Enhancements for Clients
- Enhancment to Applicant's Viewing their Report: In lieu of Applicant's needing to provide their last 4 of their SSN to access their report, they will receive an Email/Text with a PIN number to access their reports
- Why?: Not every applicant has an SSN and not every product offered by Verified First requires an SSN. In these situations where an SSN was not captured, this will allow any and all applicants to gain access to their report
- Edit Alias from order summary page: On the order summary page, an edit(pencil) icon has been added to modify the provided aliases or provide add'l alias(es)
- Why?: If an alias was missed or entered incorrectly, users can go back more easily to add/edit accordingly.
- Please note, once an alias has been entered and the file has been submitted for processing, the alias can not be updated.
- Vulnerable Abuse Registry Enhancement: From the order menu, Users can now select specific Jurisdictions on the vulnerable abuse registry product.
- Why?: Previous to the update, Users did not have nearly as much control to ensure the proper Jurisdiction(s) were ordered on this product

Bug Fixes
- Resent Status button: The Resend Status button was missing on various files. All files have been updated and issue has been corrected going forward
- Limit eScreen Documents being attached: If a file contained more than 1 Occ Health search that did not complete at the same time, every time there was an update, forms from previously completed searches would be attached again.
- Now, only 1 copy of each search's form will be attached to reduct duplicates
