To modify an eScreen order, your user account needs "Order Reports," "Edit eScreen", and "View Reports" permissions.
Optional permissions include "Order Reports for Other Users" and "View All Reports for Other Users."
Applicant personal information (Name, DOB, SSN, etc.) cannot be edited here. For corrections, please contact Client Services at 844-709-2708.

Log in to the Verified First portal and find the existing file that contains the eScreen product(s). Hover over “Order Details” and select “Edit eScreen”.
- Note: There are several reasons why the Edit eScreen button may not be available on certain files. Some of the most common reasons include not having the correct permissions to make these changes, the event being expired, or the applicant having already gone into the clinic for services.

Products Page - You will be shown a page with all of the available eScreen products on your account
- If you do not want to change any of the products listed on the order, simply select "Next" without making any changes
- You will be able to select or deselect any of the eScreen products
- De-selecting all products will result in the cancellation of the complete eScreen order.
- Certain products can not be ordered together
- Select "Next" once the products have been updated

Applicant's Personal Information Page - You will be shown a page with the applicant's information that was entered on the order
- Changes cannot be made on this page
- If any of the applicant's personal information is incorrect, please contact Client Services at 844-709-2708
- Select "Next" to continue

Collection Information - User will be shown a page where they can edit any of the following information
- Reason for testing
- DOT Regulation (if a DOT product was ordered)
- Address/zip code to find other available clinics
- Expiration date/time
- You can now extend the drug test date within the limits set by the account's configuration. This update uses the current date, not the original order date, as the starting point for extensions.
- Additionally, you cannot select today’s date as an expiration because that will create an error and may cause delays.
- For expiration dates, please avoid selecting today's date. Doing so will generate an error and potentially cause delays.
- Select "Next" when all changes have been made

Order Summary - On the final page, you will be able to see:
- The products removed
- Previous scheduled event details
- Updated event details
- New Products selected

If all the changes are acceptable, click "Submit Order"
- If any additional changes are needed, you can go back

You will be taken back to the applicant's file
- If you remove an eScreen product, it will no longer be visible in the file.
- You can go to Activity History to see the time log of who and what products were edited
- The revised ePassport will also be sent to the applicant via email or text and will be attached to the file for your review.
