In order to edit an eScreen order, you must have the "Order Reports", "edit eScreen" and "View Reports" permissions on your user account.
Optional permissions include "Order Reports for Other Users" and "View All Reports for Other Users."
- Login to the Verified First portal and find the existing file that contains the eScreen product(s). Hover over ORDER DETAILS and select Edit eScreen.
*Please note : There are several reasons why the Edit eScreen button will not be available on certain files. Some of the most common reasons will be you do not have the correct permissions to make these changes, the event has been expired for too long, or the applicant has already gone into the clinic for the services. - Products Page - You will be shown a page with all of the available eScreen products on your account
- If you do not want to change any of the products listed on the order, simply select "Next" without making any changes
- You will be able to select or deselect any of the eScreen products
- If all products are de-selected, it will cancel the entire eScreen order
- Certain products can not be ordered together
- You cannot edit your applicant's personal information on this page(Name, DOB, SSN, etc)
- If any of the applicant's personal information is incorrect, please reach out to Client Services at 844-709-2708
- Select "Next" once the products have been updated
- Applicant's Personal Information Page - You will be shown a page with the applicant's information that was entered on the order
- Changes cannot be made on this page
- If any of the applicant's personal information is incorrect, please contact Client Services at 844-709-2708
- Select "Next" to continue

Please note, you will now be able to extend the date of the drug test as far as the account settings will allow. It will not be based on the original order date but ‘today’s date'

Select "Next" when all changes have been made

Order Summary - On the final page, you will be able to see:
- The products removed
- Previous scheduled event details
- Updated event details
- New Products selected
- If all the changes are acceptable, press "Submit Order"
- If any additional changes are needed, you can go back at this time
- If any additional changes are needed, you can go back at this time
- You will be taken back to the applicant's file
- The previously selected products will no longer be viewable on the file
- You can go to Activity History to see the time log of who and what products were edited
- The revised ePassport will also be sent to your applicant via email/text and be attached to the file for your view
