• 6AM (6-ACETYLMORPHINE) 10/10 ng/mL

• SVT (Specimen Validity Testing)

Multiple DOT Industries/Modalities

• FMCSA, FAA, USCG, FRA, PHMSA, FTA
• Each ‘Branch’ has slightly different requirements
• Random Drug Screening Programs are required for each DOT Branch
  • Verified First can support all DOT Department’s requirements 

FMCSA Medical Card

• Good up to 2 years
• States if Driver is “Fit” enough to stay on the road
  • Given to driver directly while at the clinic
