DS Attachments

This field will allow select Users to view Medical Review Officer Reports and/or Detailed Occupational Health Exam reports(Physicals, TB Tests, Audiograms, Etc.)

To view these attachments, all you need to do is load the file in the Portal, select DS Attachments, view any/all applicable products, and click on the hyperlink to view. Once selected, it will open a new tab in your browser:

As mentioned above, only select Users can view this report. To turn this on, any User with the Permissions to Manage Account Settings will go to:

• Settings
  • Users Tab
• Find Username
• Ensure User as View Reports Enabled (screenshot below)
  1. If view reports is not on, User can not view DS Attachments
  2. Click the Gear and enable DS Attachments
  3. Apply
• Save
