- What does this mean?
- The individual went in for the selected Services and had Negative Results
- Who can access this report?
- Any user who has been granted access to LabCorp Link

- What’s on the report?
- Quantitative value of the lab test
- A chart showing what the value means

- What does this mean?
- The individual went in for the selected services but had a non-immune result
- An email with the following message will also be sent to the applicant/employee
- “{Name of participant} Our Physicians at Corporate Health Solutions(CHS) advise that these results must be reviewed by their Family Physician”
- An email with the following message will also be sent to the applicant/employee
- This same message will also be attached to the file for view
- The individual went in for the selected services but had a non-immune result
- Who can access this report?
- Any user who access to DS Attachments
- What’s on the report?
- A message stating: “{Name of participant} Our Physicians at Corporate Health Solutions(CHS) advise that these results must be reviewed by their Family Physician”
- Why does it report differently than Immune/Negative Tests?
- This service is facilitated through an Ordering Physician and a LabCorp Wellness system
- Their intent is for general well being, not focused on Occupational Health
- If the Lab Findings were “Not-Immune”, the Physicians at CHS instruct the individual to get assistance/treatment
- Vaccine or possibly another treatment option from their personal physician
- Vaccine or possibly another treatment option from their personal physician
- Once the individual’s physician has completed the treatment, a new Titer Test can be ordered to see if Immunity has been built up
- This service is facilitated through an Ordering Physician and a LabCorp Wellness system
Expired
- What does this mean?
- The individual did NOT go in for the selected services before the designated time frame
- Who can access this report?
- Anyone with Viewing Permissions in the VF Portal
- What can be done?
- If desired, a new File would need to be created to schedule the individual to go back in
Canceled
- What does this mean?
- Tests can be canceled for various reasons
- i.e. Lost in Transit
- A note will be added providing some information as to why
- Tests can be canceled for various reasons
- Who can access this report?
- Anyone with Viewing Permissions in the VF Portal
- What can be done?
- These are handled on a case by case basis
