DOT Physicals
| A DOT physical checks your overall health, including things like: - Vision and hearing
- Blood pressure
- Heart and lung function
- Urine test (checks for underlying medical conditions, not drugs)
- Medical history (like diabetes, sleep apnea, or past surgeries)
If the employee/applicant passes the exam, they get a Medical Examiner’s Certificate (DOT card), which is usually valid for up to 2 years (or less if you have certain health conditions). This exam must be done by a DOT-certified medical examiner | eScreen Formfox |
NON-DOT Physicals | A NON-DOT physical is a regular check-up that may include: - Vital signs (blood pressure, heart rate, etc.)
- Vision and hearing tests
- Strength, flexibility, or lifting ability
- Medical history review
- Possibly a urine test (depending on the job or company policy)

| Tuberculosis Testing | - TB Skin - Step 1

| QuantiFERON | The QuantiFERON test looks for how your immune system reacts to the bacteria that cause TB. It does not require a skin injection like the Skin TB test.
Instead: - A small amount of blood is taken from your arm.
- The lab tests your blood to see if it reacts to TB proteins.
- The results show if you may have been exposed to TB (even if you don't feel sick).
- It is often used for healthcare workers, immigration exams, or anyone who needs TB screening for work or school.
