Below are steps for reactivating an employee for MVR Monitoring within Embark:
Log into Embark and click on Employees at the top, then the filters icon on the right.
- Change filter toggle from "Active to "Not Active"
Find the Employee’s name from the list.
- If there are several employees, then you can use the search bar at the top.
Click the red icon to the right of the Employee’s name to activate them.
A Pop-up will appear to confirm the reactivation.
Change the filters back to Active so you are looking at “Active” Employees and find the employee’s name on the list of active employees.
- Click on the Employee’s name to open their file
Review the information on the “Details” tab.
- If any edits are needed, click “Edit” in the lower right and then click “Save” when done.
Review the information on the “Driver’s License” tab.
- If any edits are needed, click “Edit” in the lower right and then click “Save” when done.
After the Employee’s profile has been reviewed for accuracy, move to the Services tab.
- Select “MVR Now” to run a fresh MVR. This MVR will show in the Verified First Portal as a new file.
Once the new MVR is run, toggle the switch for “Monitor Employee.”
