What are Search Tags?

Search tags will allow users to easily see the status of each product ordered on a file. See two examples below of the various search tags. 

What statuses will you see? 

Below is the full list of available tags, along with examples of what is shown in the portal.

Pending
Verified
Clear
Not Performed
Review 
Canceled
Do not Contact
Discrepancy
Unable to Verify
No Match
Complete

What determines what tag will be displayed?

It is determined by the final disposition of the searches and each search is unique. Please reach out to our Client Services for any questions you may have around the available tags. 

What if I don’t want to be shown these tags?

Not a problem at all! We can disable the search tags on your account. Please reach out to our Client Services team for assistance on disabling this feature.
