Product Updates Section in the Portal

What is the Product Updates section for?

Verified First’s Drug Screening team will leave notes on your pending Drug Screen and Occupational Health products. 

The main comments you will find are what steps Verified First has done to get the completed report so you have more insight into why it is still pending. 

Where can I see the notes?

After clicking into a file, there will be a section called, Product Updates, where the notes will be housed. You can see the 3 most recent notes, but you can also select the expand button to see all notes related to drug screen and occupational health products for that file.

If you would like to receive an email alert whenever a note is added, please notify your Super User or reach out to Verified First’s client services to enable the subscription “Pending Notes Notification."
