Account Settings
- Manage Users: Allows the user to be able to delete other users in that account.
- Order Reports: Allows the user to place orders for background screens. Note: The View Reports box will automatically be checked when Order Reports is checked. If you don’t want the user to see the details of the report, then deselect the Report Details box under the gear icon, next to View Reports.

View Reports: Allows the user to view background screening reports that they order. Note: Report details sub-permission is enabled by default. A user can also have the permission to view reports, but not order them. Available individual sub-permissions are:
- Report Details: See details about the results
- MRO Result Details: Can see details if the drug test was reviewed by the Medical Review Officer (MRO).
- DS Attachments: Can see attachments on the file that are related to drug screening.
- Order Reports for Other Users: Allows the user to place orders and assign other users as File Orderer.
- View All Reports for Other Users: Allows the user to view background screening reports of files that were ordered by other users in their company.
- Order Reports for Sub-Accounts: Allows the user to place orders for sub-accounts in their company hierarchy.
- View All Reports for Sub-Accounts: Allows the user to view background screening reports of files that were ordered by other users elsewhere in the company hierarchy.
- Billing Access: Allows the user to view the company billing/invoicing information within the portal.
- Export Data: Allows the user to export reports on historical orders placed so that data can be saved to the user's personal computer before it is purged from the system, in accordance with the data retention policy. Click the Exporting Data article for details.

Allow Review Process: Allows the user to be able to take or be excluded from taking the following review actions on files:
- Allow Adverse Action
- Allow Approve Action
- Allow Pre-Adverse Action
- Allow Move to Completed Action
- Restrict A-La-Carte Ordering: Restricts the user from being able to place orders with individual products and forces them to use packages for orders.
- Restrict Ordering to Specific Packages: Restricts the user to only place orders with specific packages.
- Allow User to Remove Jurisdictions in Order Process: User can choose to remove a jurisdiction that got populated from the Social Security Address Trace before criminal searches are conducted.
User Subscribes
- Partially Complete Email Notifications: Allows the user to receive an email notification each time search in a file is completed.
- Completed Email Notifications: Allows the user to receive an email notification when the entire file is completed.
- Completed MRO Results Details: Allows the user to receive email notifications when the MRO results have been uploaded to the file. Note: This will be greyed out unless the MRO Result Details box is checked under the gear icon next to View Report Details.
- Export Data Notifications: Allows the user to receive email notifications one month, one week and one day before the next batch of files will be purged from the system, in accordance with the data retention policy.
- Additional Pre-Adverse Action Notifications: Allows the user to receive additional notifications for the 7 days after the pre-adverse action has been issued to let them know how much longer they have until they need to take adverse action on the applicant's file.
- Pending Notes Notifications: Allows the user to receive notifications when additional notes are added to any files with products in "pending" status.
- Daily Summary Email: Allow selected users to receive an email every morning with the summary of changes across from their account.
- DS Statues: Allows the user to receive notifications when a drug test is Sent to Lab and/or Received at Lab. Note: This setting is for eScreen drug tests only.
