Stop Order Process if entered name doesn’t match SSN Trace Results: Optional account setting that will process the Social Security Address Trace prior to any other product being ordered. If the provided last name(s) do not match any last names on the SSN Trace, we will pause on adding all other products and notify the File Owner/Orderer.
From the file, you can place a new order (updated name or SSN #) or continue processing the file with the current information.
Enhancement to ‘I do not have an SSN’ feature: Enhancements for both your candidates and users. See article for more information.
Applicants: The ‘I do not have an SSN’ option, prior to this enhancement, would not appear if all products ordered require the SSN. This would prevent certain applicants from completing the questionnaire
Users: Now if some or all searches are canceled due to no SSN, there will be a clear marker on the search as to why it was canceled.
