For clients who prefer to have their Unlimited Searches process instantly with no need to manage/review developed Aliases or Jurisdictions from the Social Security Address Trace(SSN Trace), we can enable an auto-processing features on your account. One setting to control auto-processing Jurisdictions on provided names and one that will auto-process Jurisdictions and Aliases found on the SSN Trace.
Please review the details and video below. If you would like to take advantage of this enhancement, please contact Verified First client Services
Please review the Unlimited workflow for the current/standard workflow.
What can I expect with the Auto-Process Jurisdictions?
- Any pages or email communications associated with the Unlimited Product will now be hidden
- Any identified aliases from the Social Trace will not be processed
- Any identified jurisdictions from the Social Trace will be automatically processed as long as the address was within the last 7 years
Please see video below for the different user experience when the auto processing is enabled vs not being enabled.
What can I expect with the Auto-Process Jurisdictions and Aliases?
- In order to auto-process aliases on the SSN Trace, you have to also have enabled auto-process jurisdictions.
- If both are enabled, you can expect any/all aliases and jurisdictions identified in the last 7 years to be automatically added to your order
-
What if you don't want to run all aliases? We can support setting a soft and/or a hard cap on the number of names that will be ran. Please note that these are Verified First admin controlled settings so please contact our client services for your desired configurations
-
Soft Cap = Review Developed Aliases After
- Using the image below as an example, if 4 or more names are set to be automatically added from the SSN Trace, we will pause the order process.
- The Email notification "Additional Developed Names have been found" will be sent to File Owner/Orderer notifying them as such. Within the email there is a button that will allow you to see all developed names and pick and choose which ones to run, if not all
-
Hard Cap = Set Max Number of Names
- Using the image below as an example, you will be able to process a total of 5 names on any order. This includes the primary name, provided names and developed names from the SSN Trace
- If the total number of names are going to surpass this number, we will still automatically process the Primary and Provided names, but not the developed names. The Developed Name email will be sent to the File Owner/Orderer to review the developed names.
- You are still only able to order the max number of names. If you attempt to add more, you will be be presented a notification stating as such and to contact Verified First Client Services to increase the Max Number of Names.
- If value is increased, you can go back to the same email and then add the developed name(s) to your order.
-
Soft Cap = Review Developed Aliases After
- How to you determine which names to run? Will there be any duplicate names processed?
- We put in filtering logic to limit any potential duplicates.
- We will run the First and Last name developed from the SSN Trace vs the Primary and any provided names to filter out duplicates. See chart below for how it filters
| AutoProcess | First Name | Last Name |
| No | Exact Match | Exact Match |
| Yes | Exact Match | Not Exact Match |
| No | First 3 letters match | Exact Match |
