We will confirm these licenses with the state or federal issuing authority of the applicant’s license, certification, or credentials. Included in the report are:

• License Details: Issuance date, expiration date, and current status (e.g., Active, Inactive, Expired).
• Disciplinary History: A review of all publicly available administrative actions or disciplinary findings associated with the license from the past seven years.

What may improve Verified First's efficiency in completing these reference checks are:

• Providing the specific professional license type
• Providing the state the license was issued
• License number provided IS NOT their drivers license number, but the number associated with the professional licenseProviding the specific professional license type
