Our Verifications team contacts educational institutions via phone, email and fax. The team will make six attempts to reach each institution before closing the file. If the team receives additional information within 30 days of the order date, they will reopen the file and add the new information at no additional cost.
If the institution utilize a 3rd party company for the purpose of reporting education history, additional access fees may apply.
