Once set up at the account or individual user level, a daily email can be sent to HR users letting them know how many days they have left until they can take the next step on Adverse Actions. After Pre-Adverse Action has been taken on a candidate, the reminder emails will be sent once per day, until the 7th day has passed. At that time, an email will be sent to the HR user advising them they can now issue Adverse Action on the candidate.
