When a search has been delayed completion past the average turn-around time, for any number of reasons, the Operations Teams (Public Records and Verifications Teams) will enter notes on the search/product.
An email notification will then be sent to HR users advising them that a new update is available on any products that are still awaiting being completed. Users can then click on the link in the email notification to be taken directly to the file where notes from the Public Records or Verifications teams can be viewed on the file. Once the product/search is completed, these notes will go away. Additionally, this notification can be disabled at the individual user level if you don’t want to receive these notifications.
